What Is It?
Noopept (N-phenylacetyl-L-prolylglycine ethyl ester), also called GVS-111 is a nootropic prescription drug used in Russia (Ноопепт) and other Eastern countries. It is not regulated in the Western World[1]

1. Noopept is derived from the racetams and has similar mechanisms of action and effects as e.g. piracetam[2,3]
