1. Creatine:
a. Increases power output.
b. Dosage: 3-5 grams
2. Beta-Alanine:
a. Small effect in the short-run, but prolonged supplementation can be beneficial.
b. Dosage: 2,000-5,000 mg
3. Sodium Bicarbonate:
a. Notable effect.
b. Dosage: 0.3 gram/kg bodyweight
4. Glucose (dextrose):
a. May boost power output. A sports drink or something sweet can be enough though.
b. Dosage: 5 g -10 g
