1. Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA):
a. Small effect in healthy men with normal testosterone, but increases testosterone in men with low levels with testosterone.
b. Dosage: 200mg - 400 mg
2. D-aspartic acid (DAA):
a. Limited evidence for testosterone increase; small and unreliable effect.
b. Dosage: 3 grams - 5 grams
3. Fenugreek:
a. May increase testosterone via 5-alpha reductase inhibition.
b. Dosage: 500 mg -1000 mg
4. Vitamin D3:
a. May only increase testosterone in vitamin D3 deficiency.
b. Dosage: 1000 IU - 3000 IU /daily
5. Zinc:
a. May only increase testosterone in zinc deficiency.
b. Dosage: 10 mg -15 mg
